Bishop’s Stortford Community Transport CIO

Self-drive hire minibuses are available for hire by local community organisations and groups who operate on a not-for-profit basis in the Bishop’s Stortford/Stort Valley area, they can be hired for regular journeys or day trips and outings. Groups will need to provide their own driver with a D1 entitlement on their driving licence and Section 19 Permit where necessary.  The buses have 16 seats (including driver seat). There is presently both manual and automatic buses that can accommodate wheelchairs and some have electric tail lifts. For further information about telephone 01279 715004.

Our rate are going up from 1st March to:

£12.80 daily rate

£21.50 overnight charge

59p per KM

94p per mile
